Cooking:
Grate the eggs on a coarse grater. Mix mayonnaise with red pepper and combine with eggs. Fill the tartlets with the egg mixture, lay red caviar on top of it. Decorate with green leaves.



Ingredients:

1 fillet of salted herring,
3 boiled eggs
50 g butter,
2 pickled cucumbers,
lemon, greens - for decoration,
tartlets.

Cooking:

Pass the herring fillet through a meat grinder and mix with half the norm of butter and grated egg whites. Mash the yolks with the remaining butter and roll into small balls according to the number of tartlets. Cut cucumbers into thin slices, lemons into thin slices. Fill the tartlets with the herring mixture, place a circle of cucumber and a slice of lemon, put a ball of yolk and a green leaf.

Rolled sandwiches for the New Year's table are also quite simple to prepare, but they look very elegant.

100 g smoked sausage,
100 g cheese
150 g butter,
1 sweet yellow pepper

3 boiled eggs

Cooking:

Cut the baguette lengthwise and remove the crumb. Cut smoked meats, eggs, hard cheese, peppers and tomatoes into small cubes. Rub the butter with mustard and horseradish, salt and add the baguette crumb (if necessary). Fill the baguette with minced meat, wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator. Cut into slices before serving. Decorate with greens.

100 ml cream
10 black olives or olives
2 pickled cucumbers,
1 sweet red pepper
1 bunch of greens
ground red pepper, ground black pepper, salt - to taste.

Cooking:
Whisk cream cheese until fluffy. Add diced cucumbers, bell peppers and chopped herbs. Salt, pepper and mix until smooth. Peel the baguette from the crumb, fill the half with the minced meat, put olives or black olives in a row, fill the other half of the baguette with minced meat and press it tightly against each other. Wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator.

Roll sandwiches with herring

Ingredients:

2 herring,
50 g butter,
50 g mayonnaise,
½ bunch of greens
1 boiled carrot,
50 g of corn.

Cooking:
Remove the crumb from the baguette, mix with mayonnaise and divide it into 2 parts. In one part, add the carrots grated on a fine grater, in the other - chopped greens. Remove the bones from the herring and cut into small cubes. Mix herring with softened butter and corn. Fill the baguette with the filling in the following order: put the carrot filling, then the fish, then the herb filling. Wrap the baguette tightly in cling film and refrigerate. Cut into slices when serving.
